Scheldrup Blades Schrock Sand Aranza P.C.

Scheldrup Blades Schrock Sand Aranza P.C. consists primarily of attorneys who started their legal careers with large firms in major cities and who have brought their experience back to Iowa and Nebraska to serve clients throughout these states. This combination of large firm experience in a smaller firm environment provides the firm’s clients with the expertise typically associated with large firm specialization but delivered in a personalized, efficient smaller firm manner.

Scheldrup Blades Schrock Sand Aranza P.C. is the only law firm to have offices in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, and Omaha, the largest metropolitan areas in each state and the centers of more than 60% of the population of these two states.

The Cedar Rapids office is located in the historic Law Building, less than one block from the Linn County Courthouse and a few hundred yards from the Federal Court Building for the Northern District of Iowa.

The Des Moines office is strategically located within three blocks of the Iowa Supreme Court and a half block from the State Capitol. The office is within a few hundred yards of the Iowa Workforce Development Building, the primary venue for workers’ compensation hearings and the only location for Commissioner-sponsored mediations.

The Omaha office is within three blocks of the Douglas County Courthouse, the location where workers’ compensation hearings take place in eastern Nebraska. Additionally, attorneys have to travel only minutes to represent clients in state court matters and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Nebraska.

Scheldrup Blades Schrock Sand Aranza P.C. is committed to providing legal service to its clients statewide in Iowa and the eastern half of Nebraska. Attorneys of the firm do not typically charge clients for attorney travel time, thereby eliminating geographic considerations when selecting legal representation for matters in Iowa and eastern Nebraska.
